Responsible for creating and managing all business analytic processes, including documentation, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and reporting. Collaborates with business leaders to develop policies and execute corporate initiatives related to organization, technology, and strategic efforts. May oversee other areas such as Document Management, Business Analytics, and Business Intelligence units.
Works with various projects and systems, focusing on project scope, requirements, and resources. Projects are primarily technology-focused solutions involving Business Intelligence and custom application solutions.
Provides supervision within a functional or operational area, including recruitment, promotion, performance appraisals, and staff development. Leads by example, modeling behaviors aligned with company values.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and at least 6 years of related experience, including 5 years in a management role. Experience in Project Management, Business Analytics, Loan Servicing, or Commercial Real Estate preferred. Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, and database management/BI.
PMP certification is preferred.
Ability to analyze complex business documents, respond to sensitive issues, produce reports and presentations, and motivate others effectively.
Deep understanding of financial principles, ability to forecast and prepare budgets, and conduct financial analyses.
Expert analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems and developing strategic solutions in a multi-industry environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Reporting Tools, SSRS, SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, and security standards. Knowledge of loan servicing or commercial real estate processes is a plus.
