Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA, seeks a Director of Business Development for Mission Enabling Products (MEP) with TS/SCI clearance. You will lead end-to-end BD, investment strategy, partnerships, and capture efforts to win strategic opportunities.

Reporting to the Division Senior Director, Intelligence Space, you will coordinate with campaign teams, government customers, and industry partners to deliver long-range plans and annual operating results.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 12+ years in Aerospace/Defense.
• Demonstrated leadership and program/BD management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience shaping opportunities and leading capture efforts for DoD space programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BD efforts for Mission Enabling Products (MEP).
• Develop investments, partner strategies, and capture plans.
• Drive pipeline growth and secure awards with executive briefings.
• Collaborate with divisions, external partners, and government customers.
