Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, in collaboration with RTL Hydraulics and Electro-Mechanical, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead the execution of BD activities and achieve short- and long-term goals for commercial and military applications.

You will partner with the General Manager and Program Directors, develop a 5-year strategic roadmap, engage customers including DLA and USG primes, and travel up to 50% to support meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–10 years of functional experience required.
• 1–2 years of functional experience after working at DLA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the BD activities for RTL Hydraulics and Electro-Mechanical product lines.
• Partner with the GM, Program Directors and others to execute the 5-year Strategic Roadmap.
• Establish relationships with government/industry customers to expand bookings and sales.
• Attend events and assess markets to identify new technologies and opportunities.
