The Director of Business Development (DBD) is responsible for identifying new client opportunities, as well as increasing referral activity within the assigned region, with an emphasis on developing new relationships and expanding existing relationships that lead to larger opportunities for referral growth, both locally and nationally. The Director of Business Development works closely with other DBDs and management to ensure client information is shared for maximization of referral growth.
