You will build cross-functional alignment, leverage CRM data, and articulate how Motion delivers cost-reducing solutions to procurement teams while mentoring a team and expanding markets across the US.
SUMMARY: The Director, Business Development delivers a comprehensive analysis of the most challenging and rewarding business opportunities within targeted industry segments and develops an industry leading team to support organic growth.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination. Previous Division or Regional P & L responsibility preferred.
