Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Director, Portfolio Marketing - Branded Fresh to own the Branded Fresh portfolio strategy and performance. Reporting to the CMO, you will align with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Shopper Marketing to shape the annual plan and drive growth in retail and online channels.

You will lead one Senior Brand Marketing Manager, guide item innovation, and ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in CPG brand leadership with P&L ownership.
• Oversight of Branded Fresh portfolio and annual business planning.
• Experience launching new products and line extensions.
• Strong collaboration with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales.
• Proven ability to drive growth in PE-backed or turnaround environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Branded Fresh annual business plan, volume, revenue, and margins.
• Set portfolio strategy and prioritize growth across the line.
• Develop business cases and GTM plans for new products.
• Monitor trends and translate into action, partnerships with teams.
• Lead and develop the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.
