Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 2–4 years of CPG brand experience or MBA with internship.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data (Circana / NielsenIQ).
• Proven project management skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to turn data into a concise story.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support development of three-year brand and portfolio strategy.
• Maintain product positioning and architecture across the Fresh portfolio.
• Prepare SKU performance analysis for PMR and support rationalization.
• Bring plant-rich, B Corp story to life in packaging and communications.
