Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy and integrated campaigns from our Los Angeles location. You will shape local and regional brand identity, oversee PR, partnerships, and culture moments, and drive a coordinated calendar across channels.

You will manage a team, partner with franchisees and internal stakeholders, and report to the VP, Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand marketing with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Ideally experience in food & beverage, retail, or consumer lifestyle.
• Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated marketing strategy, campaigns, and communications calendar.
• Lead campaign planning end to end, from insight to post-campaign learning.
• Oversee brand standards, messaging, and collaboration with digital teams.
• Manage PR, partnerships, and culture moments to drive brand equity.
• Guide leadership of a multi-location team and agency partners.
