Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in Southern California seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, train staff, and uphold safety standards while delivering the world’s finest coffee and tea experiences.

You’ll work with the General Manager to manage store profitability, mentor baristas, and foster community engagement. This role rewards creativity and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist the General Manager to manage store profitability by tracking sales and day-to-day operations.
• Be Creative. Manage visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences.
• Be a CBTL ambassador, connecting with the local community to attract and retain talent.
