Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, NH seeks a Director of Product Management to lead Bond Trading Technology. You will partner with technology, trading, and operations to shape the product roadmap, align resources, and deliver high-value capabilities for traders and quants across the enterprise.

You will drive quarterly and annual missions, empower delivery teams, and ensure quality, stability, and performance while mentoring analysts and aligning with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology field and relevant experience.
• 8+ years in business/systems analysis, product owner, or product management.
• 4+ years in a product manager/delivery team lead capacity.
• Excellent communication, organization and planning, and presentation skills.
• Agile, Jira, and Jira Align experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ownership of delivery teams’ culture, strategy, and execution.
• Define, refine, and communicate roadmap, missions, and plans for products.
• Prioritize work, balance strategic/tactical value, and manage stakeholders.
