Job summary

MassMutual’s Investment Management Technology team seeks an experienced Product Management professional to lead strategic technology initiatives across Investment Management, Quantitative Research & Development, and related functions. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive execution of solutions enabling growth, operational excellence, and investment innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience as a product manager leading large investment technology projects or programs.
5+ years of investment data experience with understanding of systems and data management.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmaps for Investment Management Tech.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech initiatives with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk governance.
Drive portfolio prioritization, governance, and resource planning across teams.
Partner with Investment Management, Quantitative Research & Development, and Portfolio Managers to deliver aligned tech solutions.
Manage program budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and vendor spend.
