Lamar Consolidated ISD invites applications for the position of Director, Bond Program Office. You will assist the Executive Director in leading the Bond Program Office and directing bond-funded projects to support timely completion and responsible stewardship of district resources.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, budget oversight, and clear communication with campuses, departments, and the community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Mid-Management certification preferred.
• Five years of administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Bond Program Office operations and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate development of design guidelines, scopes, and facility utilization recommendations.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, expenditures, and schedules; report to Executive Director.
• Maintain effective communication with campuses, departments, and the community regarding project progress and disruptions.
• Assist Executive Director and HR in staffing decisions and staff development.
• Represent the Executive Director in meetings or operational matters as assigned.
