Qualifications

• PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field with 10+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Proven leadership in protein production and complex biologics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute tech strategy across mammalian, CHO, and cell-free systems.
• Oversee workflows from construct design to high-quality material production.
• Partner with discovery, CMC, Tech Ops, and CRO/CDMO partners.
• Drive AI/ML-enabled workflows and structured data practices.
• Lead two-site teams with resource planning and program prioritization.
