Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) with 8+ years, or Master's with 10+ years, or Bachelor's with 12+ years in biopharma or related fields.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives in pharma or biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Lead strategic and financial planning and governance cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and leadership communications.
