GeneDx is seeking a Director of Business Development, Biopharma Partnerships to drive growth of real-world data partnerships with pharma, biotech, digital health, and medtech. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through close, securing multi-million-dollar MSAs with top pharma partners.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record closing $2M–$10M+ deals, building strong pipelines, and engaging C-suite stakeholders in strategic discussions.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within biopharma, genomics, digital health, RWE, or data/analytics.
• Proven track record of closing $2M–$10M+ enterprise deals (MSAs, multi-year partnerships) with major pharmaceutical companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage qualified pipeline and engage at the C-suite level.

• Own and drive the enterprise sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting through negotiation and close with $2M–$10M+ MSAs.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
