Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Director of Beverage Engineering to lead capital projects up to $50 million across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

You will oversee a team of plant engineers nationwide, drive project budgets, schedules, and quality improvements, and interface with operations, finance, QA, R&I, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
• 10+ years in engineering project management.
• Five years in CPG beverage/food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage capital projects up to $50M across multiple sites via preferred suppliers.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 6 engineers across factory locations.
• Interface with plant and corporate teams including marketing, R&I, QA, and legal.
