Field is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive some of the world’s longest duration BESS projects through pre-construction, FID, construction, commissioning and handover to Operations. You will report to the Head of Delivery and collaborate with Engineering, QHSE, Procurement, Legal and Development teams.

The role requires active project management, sharp execution focus and strong stakeholder skills. Hybrid working and competitive package are offered in a global energy context.

Formación

• Managed at least 2 onshore renewable energy projects through FID or construction.
• Strong project leadership and reporting skills.
• Understanding of various contract types; FIDIC knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction safety law and CDM regulation.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-construction phase up to FID and planning obligations.
• Lead internal project team before Final Investment Decision (FID).
• Coordinate landowner engagements and value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee construction contracts, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure commercial operation and close-out, including revenue readiness.
