Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including at least five (5) years overseeing benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or related functional areas, and three (3) years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Benefits, Leave Administration, ADA accommodation process, and Temporary Employment and HCM Support.
• Ensure compliant delivery of programs/services throughout employee lifecycle; monitor service levels; drive process improvements.
• Lead partnerships with campus leadership, NSHE institutions, Business Center South, and external vendors to align priorities and evaluate benefit plan options.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field

Associate's degree + 2 years relevant experience

Four years relevant experience in place of the degree
