Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York seeks a Director of Booking to lead day-to-day booking strategy and the Beacon Theatre calendar, overseeing residencies, touring shows, marquee events, and special projects.

The role requires high‑level artist relationships, strong negotiation, budgeting, and cross‑functional coordination with promoters, agents, and internal teams to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of booking or talent-buying experience, with major-market venue experience preferred.
• Established relationships with agents, managers, promoters, and key stakeholders across live entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of music, comedy, and other entertainment genres; understanding of trends and audience demand.

Mansioni

• Maintain daily communication with agents, managers, event producers/promoters and internal clients to maximize opportunities for Beacon Theatre bookings.
• Project manage tasks from ideation to execution.
• Maintain and update active event files, tracking estimates, contracts, insurance, ticket sales, and production logistics.
• Work cross-functionally with Live bookings, Marquee Events, Marketing, Partnerships, finance, legal, and other MSGE stakeholders.
• Negotiate artist/event deals with MSGE legal team and manage post-production wrap-up and coordination.
• Develop and maintain high-level artist relationships across all industries and categories.
