Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or continuous improvement, lean preferred.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful process improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance the BD excellence framework with standardized processes and KPIs.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of new tools and methodologies.
• Deliver training programs to upskill business teams.
• Conduct audits of BD processes to ensure standards.
