Citi is seeking a Director - Business Execution Lead for Banking Sectors in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. The role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and driving efficiency across Banking lines.

The candidate will work with Banking sector heads to manage strategic projects, analyze market dynamics, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance while leading a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Investment Banking or similar client-facing role
• Experience driving strategic projects in a large matrix organization
• Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• FINRA 79 & 63 licenses preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Partner with Global Group Heads in setting and implementing strategy
• Manage client target market and conduct market share analysis
• Drive strategic initiatives across product groups, geographical clusters, sectors and partners
• Operate and prepare management analyses and KPI reporting
• Streamline processes, technology, and policies with partners
• Conduct in-depth market research and identify industry trends
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies
