Job summary

O2E Brands Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management - Back Office to steer the unified back-office product strategy and execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Platform, Data, and Operator tools, standardizing processes to boost operational efficiency for corporate staff and field teams. You will drive stakeholder alignment, map value streams, and create a transformational roadmap to reach the targeted end state, while developing a capable back-office PM team in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Tenure: 10-12 years of dedicated product management experience with at least 5 years in operational process transformation.
• Leadership: 5+ years managing, coaching, and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Domain expertise: Proven track record delivering standardized enterprise platforms, complex data pipelines, or high-utilization operational tools.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Extensive experience in value stream and swimlane process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the back office product strategy and execution across Platform, Data, Operator Portal, and Truck Team Member App.
• Standardize back-office processes and drive transformation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Translate strategy into a coherent product roadmap and execution plan with high-leverage prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder alignment including large ownership groups.
