Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Director of Product Management for Back Office to lead unified strategy across Platform, Data, Operator Portal, and Truck Team Member App.

You will standardize processes and build scalable internal tools to boost efficiency for corporate staff and front-line teams. The role requires strong leadership, experience with enterprise platforms, and a data-driven approach to design and execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of product management experience with a focus on operational process transformation.
• Proven leadership in managing and scaling back-office product teams.
• Track record delivering standardized enterprise platforms and complex data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Extensive experience mapping value streams and swimlanes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and translate the back-office strategy into a coherent product roadmap and execution plan.
• Drive standardization of back-office processes across the system to improve efficiency.
• Develop and mentor the back-office product team, ensuring clarity and strategic context.
• Align franchise and ownership group stakeholders with product priorities and revenue models.
• Ensure agile decision-making, elevate blockers, and maintain visibility of decisions.
