Job summary

Ocean Aero Inc. is seeking a Director of Program Management to oversee multiple customer programs supporting US Navy, Marine Corps, Joint Force, and international customers.

You will lead program performance, customer engagement, and technology transition activities for autonomous maritime systems, coordinating across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. You will translate evolving warfighter requirements into executable program plans and roadmaps, ensure mission-ready capabilities,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program management experience in defense or government programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance for large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple customer programs to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, and mission goals.
• Serve as the primary interface with government customers, program offices, and executives.
• Review contracts, SOWs, and requirements to develop integrated program plans and work breakdown structures.
• Identify and mitigate program risks across technical, schedule, and contractual domains.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to cost, schedule, and execution.
