Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Director, Services Lead for Automation & Digital Transformation to drive end-to-end automation services for key rail customers. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define and lead automation service strategy aligned with Digital Intelligence solutions.
Serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders across functions.
Build long-term relationships focused on value realization and improvement.
Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, secure and sustainable solutions.
Lead delivery and optimization of automation and digital service programs across the customer lifecycle.
Monitor governance, KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance.
