Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Authorized User Acquisition Strategy Lead to build and scale a standalone growth engine across Sapphire, Freedom, and Slate portfolios. You will define audiences, offers, and channels, while pairing with analytics and risk teams to ensure measurable ROI and accountable execution.

You will lead cross-functional planning, shape messaging, and drive end-to-end experiences that expand authorized user adoption and deepen cardmember relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in credit card marketing, growth strategy, or card economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for Authorized Users across portfolios.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Define audience targeting, offers, and channel strategies with governance.
• Partner with portfolio leaders to shape upper-funnel media strategy.
• Establish KPI definitions, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive cross-functional operating model across product, marketing, risk, servicing, analytics, and finance.
