Job summary

BDO USA, based in New York, seeks a Director on the BDOADVANTAGE team to own the strategy, governance, and delivery of the firm’s audit data analytics portfolio. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams that design, build, and deploy analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to help engagement teams focus on what matters most and advance the firm’s audit innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

Defines and owns the multi-year audit data analytics strategy and roadmap, translating practice priorities and emerging methods into a prioritized, funded portfolio of deliverables.
Partners with industry and practice leaders to shape analytic concepts, prioritize features, define scope, and iterate with continuous feedback from stakeholders and pilot teams.
Builds, leads, and develops a multi-level team of analytics, automation, and AI professionals, including onshore and offshore delivery resources.
Manages resourcing, capacity, and staffing models across concurrent workstreams and adjusts allocations as priorities shift.
Directs a portfolio of analytics programs and workflows of significant complexity, including cross-functional and cross-border delivery.
