Job summary

BDO Advantage is seeking an Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead teams that design, test, and deploy innovative analytics solutions for audit engagements. The role emphasizes collaboration with engagement teams and innovation across the firm.

You will oversee complex analytics projects, mentor staff, and contribute to go-to-market approaches while advancing technology-enabled audit methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required.
• Seven (7) or more years of accounting or finance experience, required.
• Prior supervisory experience, required.
• Experience with data visualization tools, required.
• Working knowledge of SQL, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop analytics and automation teams.
• Manage analytics projects and workflows with increasing complexity.
• Apply data concepts to analytics routines in Power BI, including data models and DAX.
• Develop and deploy analytics techniques to improve audit quality and engagement efficiency.
• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and standards-compliant.
