Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director, Access Strategy for aT1D to lead the development and execution of national and regional payer strategies from Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office.

You will translate complex market access concepts into compelling value propositions, manage budgets and external vendors, and collaborate across Marketing, HEOR/RWE, Finance, Legal, and Public Affairs to support launch readiness and ongoing access optimization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years’ relevant market access experience.
• Experience at local and/or international level with US/global market access & payer environments.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate value propositions and strategies across complex orgs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; influential without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term access strategies including pricing and contracting recommendations.
• Create market access frameworks integrating payer insights and brand positioning.
• Translate clinical/economic value into payer-facing messaging and resources.
• Partner with Medical, HEOR/RWE, and cross-functional teams to inform evidence generation.
• Oversee budgets and external vendors to ensure timely milestones.
