GEICO is seeking a leader to oversee associate listening and people analytics, translating workforce data into actionable insights for business decisions and improved experience.

The role partners with executives, HR and stakeholders to diagnose trends, inform strategy, and deliver data-driven recommendations that strengthen engagement, culture, retention, and performance while guiding a team of analytics professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Analytics or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, employee experience, or survey research.
• Experience designing enterprise survey programs and executive reporting.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise associate listening strategy including surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform executive decisions.
• Partner with executives and HR to diagnose workforce trends and provide recommendations.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Guide teams of analytics professionals and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
