Director/Associate Director, Proposal Development - FSP

Position Summary

The Associate Director, Proposals and Business Operations (AD) is a key position within the business development of Precision for Medicine. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and scaling the department for continued growth and global expansion. The AD will support the Executive Director in managing the Proposals and Business Operations Department.

Essential Functions

• Manage day-to-day operations of direct reports, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Develop proposals, change orders, and contracts for complex or high-profile clients and urgent requests.
• Create and improve departmental processes related to proposal development, RFI, change orders, and contracts.
• Support the evolution of pricing tools, text tools, and other related tools used by the department.
• Contribute to achieving company sales goals.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Business Operations employees.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding study subjects, sponsors, physicians, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the clinical study process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
• 12+ years of proposal, contract, and change order development experience within a CRO.
• No routine travel expected; occasional local travel may be required.

Additional Information
