Location/Division: Based in the US, ideally in Eastern or Central Time Zone. Fully remote, with 10-20% travel (international may be required).

Role Overview: Lead the clinical team for Nephrology indication, translating the TPP into a Clinical Development Plan, collaborating across functions to maximize asset potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic medical insight and planning throughout all development stages.
2. Manage global clinical trial physicians, ensuring high-quality medical support and identifying high performers.
3. Oversee medical aspects of studies, ensuring communication with management and study teams.
4. Ensure harmonization across studies and external communications.
5. Lead indication medical advisory boards.
6. Build and maintain a top-tier development medical team.
7. Ensure study compliance.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor or equivalent; Board-certified Nephrologist preferred.
• Relevant specialty education (e.g., Nephrology/Immunology) and 3-5 years industry experience in drug development.

Benefits & Compensation:
