The Goddard School of Princeton, TX is seeking a motivated Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, support the Director, and ensure high standards of education and care. You will lead staff, maintain licensing compliance, and foster strong family and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School.
• Staff Management: Support the recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in the implementation of our Wonder of Learning program, designed to spark curiosity and lifelong learning.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Conduct safety drills and ensure licensing regulations compliance.
