The Goddard School of Corinth, TX is seeking a motivated Director or Assistant Director to lead our developmental program and operations in a licensed preschool setting. You will oversee licensing compliance, staff development, family engagement, and daily school management to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Ideal candidates have director accreditation or a CDA or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree, with childcare and management experience, exceptional communication

Qualifications

• Must have childcare experiences as a teacher and in management.
• Director accreditation or CDA or college degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operations of the School, focusing on State licensing and safety standards, relationship building, faculty training & development, and educational progress.
• Training, coaching, and developing the School for the future.
• Developing strong relationships with families.
• Managing a budget.
• Complying with state childcare licensing regulations.
• Maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
