You will oversee licensing compliance, staff development, family engagement, and daily school management to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Ideal candidates have director accreditation or a CDA or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree, with childcare and management experience, exceptional communication

Qualifikationen

• Must have childcare experiences as a teacher and in management.
• Director accreditation or CDA or college degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership.
