Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: assist in managing day-to-day operations of the School
• Staff Management: support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff
• Curriculum and Program Development: assist in implementing our Wonder of Learning program
• Family and Community Engagement: build and maintain positive relationships with families
• Health and Safety: conduct safety drills and maintain licensing regulations
