Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to guide analytics, AI, data strategy, and pricing optimization across the enterprise.

The role partners with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science to transform data into measurable business value. The successful candidate will develop a long-term AI roadmap, deploy scalable analytics, and drive commercial decision support.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and analytics roadmap aligned with growth and EBITDA goals.
• Lead the Asset Management CoE for analytics, reporting, and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Establish KPIs and governance to connect analytics to financial outcomes.
