Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI strategy, and data-enabled decision making. You will bridge Asset Management with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.

You will develop a long-term AI roadmap, scale AI/analytics capabilities, and deliver measurable financial outcomes across asset lifecycles and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives that generated measurable financial results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with enterprise growth and EBITDA expansion.
• Lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence responsible for analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, asset lifecycle optimization, technology enablement, and process automation.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, asset productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Establish KPIs, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks that connect analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization initiatives across asset portfolios.
• Identify and deploy GenAI, predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization models, and AI agent capabilities.
• Translate AI technologies into practical commercial, operational, and financial applications.
• Utilize customer, market, competitive, operational, and financial data to support product strategy and profitability.
