Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director for its Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, data strategy, and AI efforts across the enterprise.

You will partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science to transform data into measurable business value and drive revenue growth and profitability. The role requires strategic leadership, deep analytics experience, and the ability to move concepts from pilot to production at scale while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, Analytics, Data Science or related).
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives within Asset Management Center of Excellence.
• Develop pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios.
• Drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement and asset utilization through data-driven decisions.
• Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
