Job summary

CASES in the Bronx is seeking a Director of Assertive Community Treatment to lead the ACT Department, including ACT, FACT, ATI, and Young Adult ACT. The role centers on clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring fidelity to the ACT model in collaboration with the Senior Director.

The candidate will ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services, oversee budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering a positive work environment and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active NY license as LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD/PhD.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in program operations.
• At least 4 years’ experience with adults with serious mental illness.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of OMH ACT regulations.
• Proficiency with data-based analytics and decision-making.
• EHR proficiency with Foothold AWARDS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative operations of the ACT Department.
• Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services for ACT clients.
• Provide clinical guidance and staff development opportunities for Team Leaders.
• Ensure ACT programs meet OMH, DOHMH, and CASES policies and standards.
• Oversee incident reporting and compliance with HIPAA.
