CASES in New York City seeks a Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to lead clinical and operational activities across ACT teams, FACT, ATI, and Young Adult ACT. The role emphasizes fidelity to the ACT model, trauma-informed care, and staff development.

The position is full-time with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, offering remote work one day per week and a base salary of $111,240 per year, plus benefits. Applicants must be licensed and experienced in supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Active NY license as LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD/PhD.
• 4+ years with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and justice involvement.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Fluency in OMH ACT regulations.
• Advanced clinical competence in recovery-oriented practices.
• Data-driven thinking and strong communication.
• Proficient with EHRs, Foothold AWARDS.

Aufgaben

• Oversees clinical and administrative operations of ACT Department with Senior Director.
• Ensures culturally and trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services and motivational interviewing.
• Provides clinical support, training and professional development for Team Leaders.
• Ensures compliance with OMH, DOHMH standards and CASES ACT policies.
• Oversees incident reporting and management per OMH and CASES policies.
• Collaborates on program reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates weekly clinical supervision hours for licensure.
• Manages budget discussions and inter-branch meetings.
• Supports special ACT initiatives and maintains current knowledge in the field.
• Reports hazards to facilities staff and performs other duties as required.
