Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, seeks a Director of Architecture to lead the planning, design, and construction of new apartment communities. The Director, Architecture is responsible for the planning, design and construction of new apartment communities. This role oversees and manages the design aspects of new development projects, and ensures projects meet company standards for design excellence, livability, and long-term value. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to bring the Irvine Company’s vision to life.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Base Pay Range: $139,200.00 - $176,600.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
