Kansas State University is seeking an Associate Director of Research and Evaluation to lead the Applied Learning Experience (ALE) assessment framework. You will shape research priorities, designs, data collection, and reporting, acting as the institution's SME for applied learning evaluation.

Leading a team of graduate researchers and collaborating with colleges, faculty, and administrators, you will drive data-informed planning and contribute to national discussions on experiential education.

Formación

• Requires a Ph.D. or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, Higher Education, Assessment, Research Methods, or closely related field.
• Minimum nine years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading university-wide assessment, accreditation, evaluation, or institutional effectiveness initiatives.
• Proven ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of university-wide research, assessment, and evaluation strategy for the ALE initiative.
• Design, implement, and refine qualitative and quantitative assessment frameworks.
• Conduct advanced qualitative research (focus groups, interviews, thematic analysis).
• Collaborate with data systems and institutional research teams to ensure data integrity for ALE metrics.
• Produce annual and multi-year evaluation reports for leadership and external partners.
