Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progress in AI, technology strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, foundation models, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and translating concepts into business opportunities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Commercial Horizon Scanning for AI and related technologies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI products, vendors, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to inform Commercial Engine, product, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess external capabilities for strategic fit, feasibility, and enterprise readiness.
• Oversee rapid experiments and proofs of value with business and product teams.
• Maintain an external innovation ecosystem and prioritized opportunity pipeline.
• Partner with VP and Ecosystem Lead to shape engagement pathways.
• Ensure Responsible AI considerations and governance are embedded.
