Zusammenfassung

Pfizer seeks a Director, Applied AI (Horizon Scanning) to identify and translate emerging AI technologies into actionable opportunities for Pfizer’s U.S. Commercial organization.

You will lead horizon scanning across generative AI, agentic systems, and related fields; evaluate external capabilities for commercial impact; and develop executive-ready insights to shape product, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

U.S. Commercial Horizon Scanning identify emerging AI trends and vendors.
Evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, data requirements, and enterprise readiness.
Produce executive updates on developments and implications for U.S. Commercial.
Identify signals to influence Commercial Engine, product, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
Develop concept papers, opportunity briefs, and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
Partner with Product Management and Transformation teams to shape future priorities.
Assess external AI capabilities and determine engagement/ partnership pathways.
Provide clear recommendations on monitoring, testing, partnering, incubating, scaling, or retiring opportunities.
