Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Proven fundraising leadership experience with annual giving programs.
• Strong multichannel giving experience (direct mail, digital, phone).
• Experience building donor pipelines and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated strategies for annual philanthropy, leadership annual giving, and mid-level giving.
• Set annual goals, revenue targets, and engagement priorities with progress reporting.
• Lead strategy reviews and data-driven adjustments across programs.
• Serve as primary liaison for Annual Giving to Development leadership.
• Lead the Annual Giving team and manage performance.
