The Leadership Annual Giving Officer manages a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects through qualification, cultivation, and solicitation. The role sits at the bridge between annual and mid-level giving. It identifies donors with capacity to grow, secures leadership annual gifts through personal outreach, and moves donors forward in partnership with mid-level and major giving colleagues. This is a front-line fundraising role for an experienced, self-directed relationship builder. You’ll manage your own portfolio, shape how we engage our leadership donors, and help identify the next generation of Cincinnati Children’s most committed annual supporters.
