Job summary

Responsibilities include multi-channel fundraising, leadership giving, volunteer management, and collaboration with advancement leadership to strengthen relationships and retention. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in annual giving, alumni relations, or related advancement roles.
• Proven success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Experience managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with volunteers and boards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive annual giving program across multiple channels.
• Set and achieve participation and revenue goals for annual giving.
• Design segmented appeals and targeted campaigns for diverse constituencies.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors to increase giving levels.
• Plan events and stewardship activities to strengthen donor relations.
• Collaborate with advancement leadership and departments on donor engagement.
