The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur seeks a collaborative, strategic Director of Annual Giving and Donor Engagement to lead and grow our comprehensive annual giving program.

As a key member of the Advancement Team, the Director plays an essential role in inspiring philanthropy that supports the Academy's mission of educating young women to become compassionate leaders grounded in faith, scholarship, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years of fundraising or annual giving experience.
• Demonstrated success leading annual giving campaigns and managing donor portfolios.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with Boost My School or similar online giving platforms preferred.
• Experience with Veracross or comparable fundraising CRM systems preferred.
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented professional who works well on a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual giving strategy to increase participation, retention, and support.
• Establish annual goals, metrics, and priorities aligned with institutional objectives.
• Monitor fund performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Manage the annual giving budget and oversee the Annual Report of Gifts.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, email, digital giving, and social media.
