Summary:
The Director of Anatomic Pathology Labis responsible for the leadership and effective management of all operational aspects of the Anatomic Pathology Lab operations and human resources management. Oversees Regional Lab Managers and reviews escalated hiring and discipline recommendations as needed. Creates and participates in the strategic planning process, and aligns leaders and staff regarding strategies for attainment of organizational goals. Accountable for meeting all regulatory requirements within their division. Approves division budget requests and proposals.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00to $165,630.40per year.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
