Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement work.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, or software engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Experience with Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik for analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Large Language Models and advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee a high-volume, high-complexity reporting and analytics portfolio, applying strong project management practices to drive timely and accurate delivery.
• Define, design, and develop automated data solutions to streamline reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into intermediate or complex analytical designs aligned to organizational goals.
• Present recommendations and insights to leaders and partners, clearly communicating implications and using data visualization best practices.
• Champion data quality, validation, and documentation standards across recurring reports and processes.
• Guide the team in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows and automated reporting solutions.
• Stay current with analytics best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve team capabilities.
